R8W vs Redline 360c - Best Choice For 95% In Town Driving?

At this point, it's like asking if the Camaro ZL1 or Mustang GT500 is the best choice. They're both great. They'll both do even better with some tweaking. I have an R7 that, now that I've updated the firmware and tweaked the settings for my area, is absolutely awesome.

Fujifilm X-E2 & Fujinon XF 23mm/2 | My very first Fujifilm setup!

Hi fellows,

Though I'm a Canon user, even for a brief time since I'm just a new hobbyist, I've always wanted to have a Fujifilm camera, even before my first professional camera purchase (Canon EOS R7). You know, stuff like both aesthetically and functionally retro design, film simulations, 3rd-part

How many lenses do you have / carry?

APSC shooter (Canon R7). Sigma 10-18 & 18-50 f/2.8, and/or the surprisingly good kit RF-S 18-150. I also have the RF 100-400 for when I need it, but it's not an EDC.

What’s a photography tip that wasted your time for years?

You're absolutely right - but as someone who shot wildlife on an old DSLR and a tiny EF-S telephoto lens for 3 years - good glass and modern AF are things I wish I'd invested in years ago. I initially refused to spend too much on equipment for a hobby I was likely to give up on soon (thanks ADHD!),

With the new Canon R7

After the Canon 6D Mark II and the Canon EOS R, the Canon EOS R7 is here, and there couldn't have been a better model posing on a clothespin to test it out, with a Sigma 105 macro lens... What do you think? How does it perform? If you'd like to check out my Instagram profile and follow me, I'll leav

New camera setup goes alright

(Canon R7 + Sigma 150-600mm Sport) only just started getting properly into birding and I'm loving it. [All these photos taken around the Essendon area in Melbourne Australia]

M101 - The Pinwheel Galaxy

Just starting out been building equipment for a while, I'm saving for a dedicated astro camera, but for now, stuck with my unmodified DSLM.
This is the first shot that I can say I'm really proud of!

Equipment:
Scope: SW Explorer 130P-DS
Camera: Canon EOS R7 (unmodified)
Mount: EQ6-R Pro

Full Frame Regret, Thinking of Returning to M43 for Travel and Street Photography

I went from having a canon R5 and a Canon R7. Sold my R7, bought an OM3. Mostly for size and weight. No regrets. I still have and use the Canon, But what I’m reaching for nine times out of 10 these days is the M43 system. //Edit: typos
