these are a pair of 4K Dell Monitors the one on the right has HDMI and DP (S2721QS) and the one on the left has USB C (S2722QC) but for the life of me I have not been able to get it to work.

which KVM did you buy? I've got a simplecom KM490. I've got an Intel NUC with 2 HDMI and a laptop with only one HDMI. monitors are HP E273 and Dell S2722QC. The KVM needs HDMI and DP in from each and same out. The NUC always flickers and gets little dots when running on my dell monitor HDMI to HDMI....
