This got delivered last night so I don’t have any experience yet. Made one shot last night and it came out very balanced.

I used to own both a Eureka Mignon Specialita and a Niche Zero. Any Eureka Mignon grinder with the OG 55mm espresso burrs will taste similar to a Niche Zero.

I've got a BBE as well, and had the same issues. The grinder on the BBE isn't the best; I found the steps quite big.
