Eureka has better more modern grinders. Like take a look at the zero 65Ap and zero. They are about half the price, lack the digital screen, but you get either 55mm or 65mm burrs and a single dose kit. ngl the niche zero is amazing for dark roasts and that full chocolatey body you want. i've had one for two years and it nails that texture. tariffs suck but it still beats most flat burrs for your taste profile. if you want to stay under budget though, the eureka mignon specialita gives similar body
