4k gaming on 9070 xt and 7800 x3d
Game will look better sharpness wise, but textures and volumetrics will obviously suffer if you’re going down to low/medium compared to high/ultra. I’d personally go for 1440p, as you’ll be able to push higher refresh rates. If you’re still wanting that bigger screen, ultrawide is another good optio

Recommendations for OLED 34inch Monitor for my gamer bf
Below is the best answer. It's uses the same panel as the more expensive LG monitors but way cheaper. Plus during Shopee sale, you can get it a better price after coupons. MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLEDhttps://shopee.sg/product/637668725/26227555253

Is Oled Care still a big problem on MSI oled monitors?
i was worried about this too before getting my 341cqpx. good news - they updated the firmware so you can manually run pixel refresh now from the osd menu. i work from home too and just run it when i take lunch or end the day. it never interrupts gaming because you choose when. the panel holds up gre

Looking for advice on choosing a gaming PC for my husband as a birthday gift
For about $200, MicroCenter will assemble your pc for you, but I recommend you buy the parts now and then assemble the pc with your husband as a couples project for his birthday. I think you’ll both have fun and it will make you both much more comfortable working on the pc later on. I chose this Mic

optimized some things were you really overspent. I still dont know if 8tb storage, 64gb ram and an oled as secondary monitor is needed if you only use it for gaming, but I still kept it in. PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor $604.96 @ shopRBC CPU

Having serious FOMO
Keyboards are moreso sound and feel based. Definitely look at reviews for some like Keychron, Epomaker, Royal Kludge, etc. I have an Epomaker P75 with Wisteria Linears and it’s amazing. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ybLBfd Id do this for the PC itself. 9800X3D, current best gaming CPU (other than 98

Updated concise list of recommended OLED monitors for 1440p, 4k, and ultrawide gaming
MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLED Only complaint is that it seems like the main coating was not put on 100% flat, there are a few very tiny air bubbles or places where the background color isn't uniform to the whole monitor. These are very small spots and totally invisible when the monitor is on, only visible

Is this Radeon 9070 XT Worth this 4.4 Shopee sales price? Upgrading from a 3080 10gb
Yes man that 21:9 aspect ratio will make your games look really cinematic. Im running OLED 34” alienware aw3423dwf 160hz. Bought the monitor like late 2024. Currently if you are aiming for one i would recommend the msi mpg 341cqpx 240hz qd oled.

Looking to upgrade my GPU
At that point just get 240hz, not many choices for 200hz. Do you gave a preference for matte Vs glossy oled, or qd oled vs woled? msi mpg 341cqpx, or the ultragear the other comment listed. There's also the alienware aw3423dwf the entire internet has been praising for two years, its decent.

Corsair Xeneon 34WQHD240-C QD-OLED
Got one 3 days ago, Pros: really good colors and blacks in darker rooms, build quality seems really good and lots of usb ports for use as a hub. Cons: QD-Oled gets dirty really easily (already have a smudge from installing into a monitor arm), No ICUE support, instead having to tune the monitor usin
