Nikon d7500
Yes it is good if you accept it doesn't have EVF. EVF is usefull for shot outdoor under bright sun. Used Z30 and Z50 have similiar prices. Better get Z50. https://cameradecision.com/compare/Nikon-Z30-vs-Nikon-Z50

Updates! The Ultimate Z Series Remote Control App (ZR Ctl)
Tested on my Z30 in both direct (camera AP) mode and via bonjour. Works, and the view is responsive. Not many features or adjustments are available on the Z30, though. I can adjust ISO, but trying to tweak anything else hangs it. Some camera settings (most notably shutter speed) don't populate in th

Camera Recommendation for High Altitude
I have the Nikon Z30, would guess the Z50ii is a better pick. I attach the the 16-50mm and take the the 50-250mm when the visibility is good. I took it several times > 4000m. Sometimes I take a 13mm of Viltrox, to take landscape pictures after sunset. I take an extra battery for cold days. I place t

Z50ii as first camera?
Me personally I think z50ii is a good camera, but why spend more for a viewfinder? A z30 would do the same and it also has the same APS-C Sensor The z50ii does have the EXPEED 7 processor and a viewfinder but to me they aren’t worth $400.00 + . For that you can get whole premium lens for the z30 and
