Girl, with what money? Oura rings are like $400

there are literally cheaper rings with no subscription required. even if you had money, oura is just another example of renting & never owning something. have these people ever budgeted or googled a day in their life?

What everyday scams are we just accepting now that weren't the norm a decade ago?

Having a monthly fee for products/services that I’m not used to having monthly fees for…I can’t quite wrap my head around. First things that come to mind are Oura ring and Hatch alarm. I guess I’m just used to my Apple Watch and old person alarm? It’s even worse when you don’t pay the monthly fee an

Best smart ring for TTC

I’m really liking my Oura ring! I’ve not had it very long, so it’s still adjusting to my body, but it’s been fascinating. I struggle with oral temping, and I work night shift, so a wearable device has been a game changer. It’s a bit pricey, but I like the BBT tracking feature and cycle insights. I i

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?

I wear my Apple Watch to the gym, some errands especially in the winter when my wrist is covered by a coat and other activities when I think of it. I live in a major city and the contactless on it is objectively convenient, but it is also ugly IMO. I wear an older Cartier Tank whenever I care about

10 changes that actually stuck this year. Nothing fancy. Most cost nothing.

Oura Ring is overrated. I had one. Hardware malfunction after 2 years, battery-related. They refused to give me a replacement, saying it was out of warranty. And wanted to upsell another model. Screw that. If you like expensive e-waste, go ahead.

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?

I just ditched my oura ring after about a year with it. I got tired of paying for data I wasn’t really keeping up with (i know I’m tired after i go to bed late, i don’t need a ring to tell me that) and I don’t feel great about their palantir/DOD partnership announced last year. I’ve been wearing an

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?

I ditched the Apple Watch years ago when I started feeling phantom taps on my wrist when there was no notification. I don't know why that bothered me, but it did. Into the back of the junk box it went. I do own an Oura ring, and I like it. I use my FSA dollars every year to buy something worthwhile

Ovulation

I found ovulation sticks to be useless for me, they were constantly negative no matter when I tested and I looked into it which basically said that PCOS can give either false negatives or false positives because your hormone levels aren't "normal" so they can often be wrong, after a while I stopped
