Unfortunately having the same issues and the more I print on the Core One, the more I regret the upgrade from my well printing MK4S to the Core One. Don’t have anything else than the Prusa belt tuner. But obviously all the things you’ve tried ain’t made a difference at all.

I have basically the line up of the Prusa printers since the Mk3s, with 7 total currently. The CoreOnes just work, maybe have to tune the belts and square it up but that's about it.
