Samsung 870 EVO 2TB with Ninja V+ for 8K ProRes RAW
It's a pretty hot topic. I also base my setup on two 2TB Samsung 870EVO SSDs, and honestly, I've never had any problems, even with very long sessions in Prores Raw HQ at 5.9K. I haven't encountered any problems even when updating. Samsung EVO SSDs differ from Samsung Pro SSDs in how they manage writ

I’m using a Samsung 870 EVO 1TB SSD in my HomeBase 3 and haven’t had any issues with it ever. Could be the drive.

I NEED HELP PLEASE
Wait you are trying to copy windows from your 1tb 870 Evo SSD to a 4tb HDD? This will cause a huge increase in Windows loading times. Building an Ultra Power-Efficient Home Server (NAS/Plex/VMs) - Seeking Real-World Experience
11W out of the box, previously 10W when running with a G5400. I've done some work on OS and BIOS, but change nothing, i couldn't lower my number. On unRaid i set the power mode as best efficiency, on the BIOS i manually activate all C state, and set the governor to power saving, i'm still running Sp

How big should my SATA SSD be for Proxmox?
Since your VMs and containers are going on the 1TB NVMe, the boot drive just needs to hold Proxmox itself plus ISOs and maybe some local backups. 250GB is more than enough for that, you could even get away with 120GB honestly. The 250GB 870 EVO will be totally fine.
