FX3 is lethal for photos
If you think that's lethal, then I think you would be incredibly blown away by an actual photo (or even a more standard hybrid) Sony camera. The FX3 works but is clunky from an ergonomics perspective and 12MP is suitable for social but no ability to crop/reframe in post is tough. You should rent an

Can Sony Ever Feel Like Fuji?
I think most of this is purely the aesthetics of the camera. Fuji cameras & the retro looks are just sexier right now, esp the 100vi. There is nothing sexy about the a6700 or the a7v. The a7c series with the steel accent is the closest. I feel that if you can improve the aesthetics of the camera and

Z6iii eye AF (stills) issues
Nikon Z6iii has 299 AF points. That’s like a 17x17 grid. It’s just not a lot of points to distinguish between eyeballs and eye lashes, depending on how large the eyeball is in the frame. It is what it is. FWIW, the Sony A7V has 759 AF points. That’s like a 27x27 grid. More, but still not a lot.

Indy after hours🚔🚨
The set is a mix of shots from the Sony A7IV and A7V, mostly using the 35mm 1.4 lens. The first shot was actually the last one I took on my new A7V the shutter gave out right after that. Luckily, it’s under warranty!

S1Mii body drop to $2356 during the june Promotional Campaign-but still to expensive compare to its competitors
Too expensive. Are you really checked all prices of Canon C50, R6III, Sony A7V?

Panasonic I beg you we need an updated GM1
This - better IBIS typically means a bigger unit. Modern sensors and processors are generating a lot more heat than predecessors, those burst speeds and higher megapixel faster frame rates contribute significantly but so do all the aids such as waveform. Similar with higher res and faster refresh EV

The Sony A7 V is on the horizon! What are your final feature predictions?
I have 2 Sony A7IV s I don’t see any feature that will make me want to get an A7V. If I want to upgrade for video I’ll go with the FX3 If I want better AF for action, I’ll get the A9III If I want more pixels, A7RV

It's a good time to be in the Lumix ecosystem.
i'm a sony user and also really don't understand all the hype around the a7v. In my opinion it's overpriced for what you get and what the competition is offering. But sony fanboys will tear you up if you write something about the a7v not being the best camera there is in this price range

Help me decide on new camera for portrait and wedding photography - Nikon Z5ii or Sony A7iv
Sony A7IV is 4 years old. Nikon Z5ii is less than a year old. That’s a big factor. For example, do you really want 4 year old displays and IBIS units? Sony A7V doesn’t exist (although it’s obviously coming eventually). But it will definitely cost way more than a Z5ii, which is one of the best bargai
