Where do you live that the prices are that different? In Belgium, where i live, the Lumix is €2999, Sony a7v €2999 and canon r6iii €2949. So these are so similar that it comes down to workflow and preference

Is this for work? The wording of "got a budget" makes it sound like an employer is paying for this. If the job doesn't require nature photography, I would cut that from the list of use cases. If by nature you mean wildlife, that often requires much longer lenses. With the other use cases, I feel the
