My router reached device limit. Recommendation for replacement please.
Actually Deco have had 'Outdoor' models for quite some time in the consumer range. Weatherproof and options for power, either AC or PoE https://www.tp-link.com/au/home-networking/deco/deco-be25-outdoor/ But yes good choice on the Archer

Mini with mesh (a strange setup in need of some advice)
If you want a simple answer my suggestion is a TP Link Deco BE25 Outdoor, its a Wifi 7 dual band indoor / outdoor mesh unit with 2.5gbps wired ports that support POE powering so could be used flexibly in the future is your circumstance change, also rain proof and rate for -20 to +140F temperatures.

Finally FTTH 2.5 gb but now? Mesh system...which one?

Full Wi-Fi 7 Mesh Setup with Deco BE25 - 2.5Gbps Ethernet Backhaul & MLO vs Wi-Fi 6E?
The Deco BE25 has 2 2.5gbps ethernet ports (1 for the ONT and 1 for your switch), and the Deco XE75 Pro only has 1 (which will be used by the ONT), which means the central switch will have its speed cut to 1 Gbps because the other Deco XE75 Pro can only do 1Gbps. So, no brainer to go with the Deco B

Full Wi-Fi 7 Mesh Setup with Deco BE25 - 2.5Gbps Ethernet Backhaul & MLO vs Wi-Fi 6E?
I appreciate the prosumer suggestions, but the budget is the main constraint here: €300 max. Moving to UniFi or Omada with 2.5G capabilities would require a much higher investment that I'm not willing to make right now. Regarding the choice between XE75 Pro (6E) and BE25 (Wi-Fi 7), it’s a matter of

Wondering if I should get a triband 6e mesh or a dual band wifi 7 mesh
Another thing I noticed when comparing these two mesh units: Deco AXE5400 (AKA Deco XE75) only has gigabit ports. The Deco BE25 has 2.5gigabit ports. So if you have internet speed faster than 1 gigabit, the AXE5400 will limit your maximum speed to 1gigabit. In that case if you have an internet plan

Help me extend my network
Just make sure it's a Deco model with "-Outdoor" in its name since those are specifically designed for weatherproofing and outdoor use. For example, the Deco X50-Outdoor. Or, better yet, since your main network is Wi-Fi 7, you could opt for our new Deco BE25-Outdoor. Notably, these two Deco outdoor
