Ok, so for those where connection starts at 1080p and progressively drops to 360p. IVE TRIED IT ALL.

I had lots of problems with my Portal when using an eero 6 mesh network. Those problems all went away when I switched to a TP-Link Deco BE65 Pro (BE11000) system. I didn’t switch because of the Portal issues, but switching fixed those along with some others. My suspicion is that the eero wireless ba

Eu uso o Tp-Link Deco be65 e recomendo.

Which router should I buy? Or any better suggestions

It sounds like you need a mesh system to increase your range. I've had great success with the deco be65 (3 pack) on wireless only (can't run ethernet in my house without ripping up the floor) but if you can you should consider running ethernet between each mesh satellite unit back to your main route

Recommendations for replacement router

I have a Deco BE65 as it has 4x 2.5 gig LAN ports on each unit, one of which being for WAN. The WiFi is great but then again I do have all the units hard wired to each other to ensure great speeds throughout as wireless backhaul will slow down any mesh system.

Theoretically, where does the Portal go from here?

I upgraded my wifi to the TP Link Deco BE65 Duo Pack and it's been working great. It has a huge range and my connection never dropped again. I highly recommend it.

Best router for 3600 square foot home?

I have the TP Link Deco BE65 Pro. Main unit is in the basement(finished) middle of the house, and the other two are at opposite ends of the house upstairs. Both “satellites” are wired backhaul and I have really good coverage over my whole house and it’s roughly 3400 sq ft.

Best Wi-Fi solution (wireless) in 2026: Wi-Fi 6+ e 2,5 GbE

You'll have to go for Deco BE65. If you need 2.5 GbE, you need to go with Wi-Fi 7. Depending on the size of your house, you will need either one or two units.

Thoughts on Deco BE65? Yay or nay?

I have Deco 2 BE65’s in our 160 sq meter bungalow. Have them setup as APs with Ethernet backhaul to the router (Xfinity Gateway XB8) Have been very happy with them. We have a 1 Gbps ISP connection and get 600-900 Mbps wifi connections. The WiFi reaches to the yard but I haven’t tested how far. I gue
