PC & PS5 wifi issue

Some people will swear by unifi. I have the tplink deco be65 3 pack. I live in a 19th century stone house with thick walls and I'm still getting strong signal and backhaul via the mesh, but I've been able to place them in a line almost.

TP-Link vs Ubiquiti

Currently I have Deco BE65 and UniFi Dream Router 7, both are triband WiFi 7. The Deco has a good range across all bands but Ubiquiti has much more freedom in granular settings, though not quite as enterprise grade stuff like Mikrotik. In terms of WebUI, Ubiquiti excels more than TP-Link Archer and

Moving from Orbi to Deco

I don’t use home shield or anything like that, but I made exactly the same switch: Orbi 753 to Deco BE65. Mega improvement, particularly if you take the time to tweak some settings (like wifi channel settings). Haven’t had a single drop I could fault the Deco for in 18 months. I have one satellite c

Thinking about the Deco BE65 (BE9300). Can somebody please explain a few things to a novice?

Hi all. Just an update. The 3 pack of BE65 Deco units arrived this evening. Setup was fairly painless. I had to connect our Philips Hue bridge directly to the Deco 'router' to get it to work properly. The three remaining ports go to 2 separate 8 port 2.5gb network switches, and the final port is obv

GigaHub 2.0 PPPoE speed bug finally fixed?

The difference is the internal static IP i set to DMZ (192.168.20.3) is fully exposed to the internet and my Deco is set to that static IP and I make sure on the GH2.0 all the features like SIP, DLNA, UPNP, Port forwarding are disabled on there, and when i port forward on my Deco acting as the route

HomePod networking Hell, and how to move to Nirvana (maybe even while actually listening to Nirvana with reliable HomePods :-).

EE broadband 500mb/70mb (UK) 2 HomePods gen2 in stereo mode with ATV Single TP Link Deco BE65 router For the last 2 years I’ve had intermittent problems with the sound cutting out on one speaker which would then act as a solo HomePod and play random Apple Music playlists at the loudest volume. Other

Help Choosing Between Deco BE65 vs ZenWiFi BT6 (No Wired Backhaul)

Well, kinda both. I got the Asus BT6 first, but I encountered too many issues (6GHz not working, devices not connecting to nearest node, lags, etc). I returned the set and got the Deco BE65 and I'm really happy so far. The Asus got more features and settings, I'll give them that, some of the securit

Hey TP Link Deco users (and TP Link devs if you're lurking)

This is so frustrating. I got the Deco BE65 Pro mesh system and it seemed perfect until I got it home and found out that: 1) no proper web console, 2) can't do things like manually set the Wi-Fi channels, and 3) I can't turn off DHCP while it's in router mode, which would solve part of my gripe with

router suggestion

I bet you would be surprised of the speed and coverage of a set of Deco BE65, easy app setup and all the advanced technology you will need. I have one and several other Deco units and can only recommend them for home use.
