Burn in hasn't been a big issue for me using hyprland with an AW3423DW. It's most noticeable with a solid dark gray image, that's for sure, and I did get mine replaced for free under warranty due to visible burn in after almost 3 years, but if that hadn't been an option I wouldn't have been bothered

I had the same issue on my new 5090 machine. 2 monitors, it was doing my head in as nothing below or anything I tried worked.. . I actually ended up upgrading my monitors aw3423dw (first version) to aw3425dw. 175hz to 240hz. NFI why it fixed it foe me, been a few weeks now no issuues so far... same
