Nest WiFi
The 6E will be more than enough to 500mbit broadband internet. I had Nest WiFi for years and loved it, it integrated well with my Google Home. When AT&T offered 2.5Gbit fiber, I could no longer use the Google product as a main router as it was limited to 1Gbit passthrough. I ended up on much more ex

For the internet tech savvy folk. Help needed.
Get a mesh wifi system. Any will do. I use Google Nest simply because it ties in to my other Google devices and also functions as a speaker.

Google Home users spontaneously removing devices from home
This just happened to us, in the middle of the night the only Google Wifi router we have left suddenly was removed from Google Home. I was going to turn it down soon anyway, as we have moved to a non-Google wifi system. Strangely, two of the Nest Hubs factory reset too. That must be related somehow,

Google Home asking for Thread Border Router but I have Nest Wifi Pro
Have serveral Wiz (Phillips clone) Matter/Thread lights and work fine off Nest WiFi Pro. I did the setup via the Thread/Matter QR code. Unsure which protocol it actually uses. However OpenRGB does see it so it's 'open' enough. Also if setting up HomeLink on an iPad, the iPad can become the center hu
