I'm rarely proud of a B/W edit, but this one I am - After/Before
It's just because of the default rendering of DxO, its contrast curve just happens to pull most of the image down. Here is what the default rendering from Capture One looks like : It's still a bit dark but it was definitely the intent. I took this shot with a Sigma fp, and most experienced owners o

Lumix mig be launching a 61MP camera(s1r2e?)
The bigger sensor means lower readout speed so - a bunch of the video features perhaps not being there? What would make sense is the s9r. There's already the sigma fp-l as a proof of concept. And with ibis would be my perfect camera.

What do you think of this new Cinema camera?
I shoot on Sigma FP L, pretty much the smallest full frame cinema camera existing, the autofocus on that thing is non existent, but it has electronic contacts for modern lenses, unlike this GoPro, I just don't know how your friend is going to use this thing.

Smallest non-s9 l mount?
The Sigma FP and FP L are both smaller than the S9, but they have some quirks. No IBIS is a big one. Bad autofocus is another. I love my FP L, but it’s a very “special” little camera. Everyone saying there are no other options, need to google.

Lumix s1r2e camera rumor
How is this e-model worse than the S1R II proper? Man I hope it's more a sigma fp-l vs Leica SL3 interpretation :)

Beautiful things
Insane combo. It reminds me of the Sigma Fp, a camera I kinda want just because it looks cool 😅

Is there a better compact full frame camera than Sony a7cii?
the a7cr is the direct higher end version of the a7cii, buy for most people the sensor is probably overkill and the rest is the same. so for you a7cii might just be the best option. the canon r8 is cheaper, slightly lighter and arguably more ergonomic, they are pretty similar but the a7cii has ibis

Full Frame: a hype designed to get consumers to upgrade
People like to go on about higher resolutions being a marketing gimmick/unnecessary but honestly, dr and colour science might as well be added to that too. I know that sounds like heresy but what was the last camera that came out- pro or prosumer that you couldn’t get good dr and colour from? Push c

Smallest non-s9 l mount?
Not a lumix body but the Sigma FP and Sigma FPL are l-mount and smaller. They have a lot of drawbacks but yeah just putting it on your radar if you didn’t already know about them!
