Swapping out Fusion Drive HDD for SSD
Yes, you can do that. But usually, the SSD part of a (former) fusion drive is way too small for that to make sense (32 to 128GB). These sizes might be enough for the system to run but you have to remember the system needs space for cache and stuff. My suggestion: Would be better you buy an SSD like

Is this a good build
You're paying extra for RAM and SSD. You should buy 32 gigs of DDR5-6000 CL30 RAM for ~$110 and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD (like the WD Black SN770 or similar) for ~$70. You should also change the PSU to a better quality power supply that has 750W or 850W capacity like the Corsair RMx or Seasonic Focus prod

Quero montar ym pc gamer com um orçamento de 9500 reais
Aqui, eu olhei melhor teu setup e faria algumas mudanças.

Checking parts before build
Newegg Rep Here Hey u/maineiscalling, Really glad you used Newegg to put this together and what a build it is! This is a seriously capable workstation and creative rig. For your AIO question, the previous commenters covered it well. The Thermalright Frozen Infinity 360 is indeed a self contained AIO

Any recommendations on this build?
I'd grab a 2TB M.2 NVMe for bulk storage instead of a 2.5" SSD - way cleaner cable management and similar pricing these days. The WD SN770 or Crucial P3 are solid budget options that'll give you plenty of space without breaking the bank. Your build's already pretty dialed in otherwise, that 7800X3D

External Hard Drive
I've been using external drives for my home directory for a while now (OS is still on internal drive). No issues with the drive powering down. I leave my M4 mini on all the time. Originally I was using a 1TB SATA SSD in a USB-3.x enclosure, and then upgraded to a 2TB WD SN770 NVME M.2 SSD using a US

What Gen SSD Does Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-41-R6Y1 RTX 4060 Version Supports?
checked the specs for that model - it supports PCIe 4.0 nvme ssds. i put a wd black sn770 in my v15 and it worked perfectly for dual boot. just make sure you get the 2280 size. the 1tb version gives you plenty of room for both os without breaking the bank.
