What is the best monitor for Mac mini M4 as of 2026?

I commented on your other post too but I’ll post here for anyone else that sees. The Dell S2725QC is a great budget 27” 4K monitor with USB-C connectivity and decent built in speakers too. The colors are great and text is nice and sharp. Apple's Studio Display is “the best” for Mac if you want to sp

How much did your external display actually change things? Asking before I make a mistake I can't return

You don’t know what you want yet and that’s ok. Your use case might evolve with time so stop trying to nail the perfect monitor from the get go. Just start with a cheap Dell S2725QC, they go on sale pretty often(or get a refurb). They have a relatively accurate sRGB mode for hobbyist colour work. Bi

I’ll recommend the Dell S2725QC also. For a 4K monitor with good color accuracy out-of-the-box, it’s a good place to start until you decide and/or know what you need and want in a display after many hours of use.

What would be the cheapest monitor for Mac that doesn’t look like shit?

I have 2 of the Dell S2725QC 27" 4K 120 Hz monitors and they're great and only $299 ($249 lowest price I've seen) Text is nice and sharp, colors are vibrant and it comes with a USB-C hub and decent speakers built in.

Looking for a MacBook Pro Display / monitor for graphic design

Asus ProArt 27" or BenQ MA270UP 27” if you want verified color calibration out of the box. I personally have the Dell S2725QC which is more budget friendly and the colors look great. You can use a calibrator on it to fine tune the colors if you want to be precise like the ProArt/BenQ.

Help me choose the right monitor, please!

A great budget 4K 27" 120Hz USB-C monitor and the one I have is the Dell S2725QC. The colors look great and text is nice and sharp when set to "looks like 1440p" The Dell UltraSharp U2725QE is a step above with IPS Black and more ports on the USB hub.
