Isolation headphones that are better than the ubiquitous Vic Firth’s
Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones have served me well for many years. They are slim yet comfortable and have good isolation for drums. They are easy to drive from any headphone output and have a long coil cord.

Looking to buy a Sennheiser Headphones for gaming ( and music too)
If you are looking for a headphones that have a great soundstage, but with a bit more punch in the low end, may I recommend the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro’s. I have a pair and absolutely love them. Also on the upside, they are much cheaper than the HD550 or HD600. Now please keep in mind these headphones
