If you’re on the fence of selling, might want to sell now before the market floods with used A7iv once everyone gets their A7V delivery. That being said the A7iv is a workhorse for client projects, treat it as such and use a different solution for creative projects.

As a wedding photographer, I always look at their gear when I pass by them during races. Karamihan naka A7iv and 50gm 1.2 for closer shots then naka 70-200 for zoomed in photos. Sell the FX3A and use the money to buy an A7RV if you strictly are for stills, or the A7V if you want to take great stills but also have some solid video features. Or you could go for like an A7RIV or A7IV and pick up a nice piece of glass with the leftover cash.
